High Court Advocate (Admitted 1998) Stuart was admitted as a solicitor in 1998 and has specialised in criminal law ever since, further qualifying as a duty solicitor in 2000 and as a Higher Courts Advocate (Solicitor Advocate) in 2002. He joined Taylor Street in 2008 and deals with a broad range of criminal matters (including many high profile cases) at all stages, from police station representation to advocacy at the Magistrates' and Crown Court.
Stuart has a specific interest in motoring and road traffic law, dealing with all aspects of motoring offences, summonses and the police. He has many years of experience in helping motorists through the experience of facing a Magistrates' Court and has successfully defended many cases.
Stuart has worked in Aldershot since 1999, and consequently is experienced in dealing with military personnel, regularly defending clients at the RMP/SIB, Courts Martials and Summary Appeal Courts, in the UK and abroad.
