Rachel qualified in Criminal and Mental Health Law in 2004 and became a Duty Solicitor in 2005. She has dealt with all levels of crime from theft and common assault to serious sex cases, murder, manslaughter and serious fraud, both at the Police Station and Court. Rachel is also extensively experienced in dealing with the most difficult and complex cases, as well as with clients with a wide range of mental health problems, from depression to schizophrenia.
In 2005, Rachel joined Taylor Street and now oversees the Surrey/Sussex Crown Court Department, working alongside other solicitors, Counsel and our in-house advocates. She strongly believes that client care is paramount, an ethos which underpins not only the firm's Crown Court work, but Taylor Street Solicitors as a whole.
