Lance Whiteford has considerable experience in a wide and varied range of criminal defence work at the Youth and Magistrates' Courts, as well as at the Court of Appeal. He has represented clients in many different aspects of criminal law, including violent crime (namely murder and manslaughter), the importation and supply of drugs, sexual offences, robbery, burglary, the possession of firearms, bladed articles and offensive weapons, and fraud. Lance is experienced in motoring law cases as well, with offences ranging from excessive alcohol consumption to death by dangerous driving.
Lance conducts Youth and Magistrates' Court Trials and has defended in multi-handed matters. Lance is a member of the General Crime team at Taylor Street, appearing in court on a daily basis.
