Eve Whiteley

(Admitted 2003)

Eve completed an LLB (Hons) in law from the University of Reading and then obtained her LPC with distinction from Guildford College of Law. She became an Accredited Police Station Representative in 2002 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2003.  She then went on to become a Duty Solicitor and has worked exclusively as a solicitor specialising in criminal and military law since then.
 
Eve has worked on a number of high profile cases, undertaking work in all aspects of criminal and miliary law. She advises clients at the police station, represents clients in the Magistrates' and Youth Court and carries out Magistrates' and Crown Court case preparation, as well as conducting summary trials. As an experienced advocate, she currently spends most of her time in the Magistrates' Court.
